Orders & Payments

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

• Orders may be cancelled if products become unavailable.

Shipping & Delivery

PalmJoy products are delivered islandwide across Sri Lanka through authorised delivery partners.

• Colombo: 3–4 working days
• Outstation: 5–7 working days
• Minimum order: 2 packs

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of PalmJoy products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we may assist in resolving the issue.
