Refund & Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of PalmJoy products, specific conditions apply to returns, exchanges and refunds.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers, opened packages and used PalmJoy products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Damaged Or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number.
  • Provide photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Describe the issue clearly.

Our customer support team will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • A verified manufacturing defect is identified.
  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened packages.
  • Used products.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

Refund Processing

Where a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Product Exchanges

Eligible exchanges may be offered for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products, subject to stock availability and review by our customer support team.
